My Dad and Uncle were clients for many years and always raved about the timely, quality service and professionalism of Machado & Silva. Their business ended with their passing. Recently I need to obtain some information from Machado & Silva for my Dad’s company. They were extremely responsive and supportive. Since I had an accounting issue of my own to address I asked Danielle if she could direct me. Again, kindness, patience and understanding. Taking time out her busy schedule to help me, someone she barely knows, tells you all you need to know. In both cases this was such a refreshing change from so many other entities I’ve dealt with. I felt valued and respected. It doesn’t get any better than this. Customer service at its finest.
