Meet our team

After graduating from Dartmouth High School, Danielle started as a receptionist at Ken Machado, P.A. Her work ethic, organization skills, and desire to learn helped grow the business. As Danielle’s mentor, Ken recognized her continued drive for knowledge had surpassed his, and knew it was time to make her partner. In 2008, Machado & Silva Inc. was formed.

At an early age, Cameron often used to remark that he wanted to become an accountant. Which to him, meant he wanted to drive a Mercedes, go on lots of vacations, and play online card games. Since then, Cameron has realized that it takes a lot of hard work to get to that point. He graduated in 2017 Magna Cum Laude with his BS in Accounting. He is a rock star during tax season, doing all of our data entry, and answering clients tough tax questions. The rest of the year, you will find him helping our business clients with his bookkeeping skills.

Joshua graduated from UMass Dartmouth with his BA in accounting. He has done internships preparing taxes, and in 2017 he did an internship at our office doing data entry. He was such an amazing employee, we asked him to stay! He is currently our Payroll Specialist, so any payroll questions you may have, he’s the one to ask.

Danelle (Dee) is a 1993 graduate of Salem University Criminal Justice Program and applied to a 25+ year career in the Legal sector. After
taking some time off to enjoy being a parent and started a small home-based business, she has hit the ground running and landed here at
Machado & Silva. Dee is always smiling and has a passion for learning, helping and working in a fast-paced environment. She is usually the
first face you see walking through the door and will help you with anything you need.
